first I rinse off the chop roll in flour then dip in battered egg then dip in seasoned bread crumbs I then fry em in oil. After being fried they are then baked for about 45 minutes...

You can grill them. But in the South, we fry EVERYTHING.
Explains why we're the fattest, least healthy region. :rofl:

Did you miss my shrimp post yesterday? We had fried shrimp and hushpuppies. Wonderful, but I'll be paying for the calories all week :(. Enjoy those pork chops!

I'm still on my diet and making due with Lean Cuisines and Lean Pockets (lost 25 pounds btw). This weekend, though, is the county fair, and I'm going to splurge on some pork burgers.
