Do you ever post something KNOWING it won't get any responses?

Yeah, I posted one about a hurricane(Gaston) victim.
I realized that there would be little response due to the vastness of Katrina. But I felt empathy for the Gaston victim and hoped someone else with more resources could help him.

I think it's a misery thang. If you post something you know nobody will respond to - and then of course, they don't - you can feel like nobody loves you. Which means you get to feel superior to them - just look at what they are missing out on, the damn idiots!

Then again, maybe that's just me....
