Why hasn't there been a "W" movie?

Anyone remember the movie "First Family", with Bob Newhart and Gilda Radner? W is far more hilarious than the Newhart president... I mean, if you were to write a script using choice events from the Bush years, it would be unbelievable, but hilarious!

Here are some highlights:

Dropping Barney at a little-league game

falling off that scooter-thing

pretzelgate

Pappy throwing up on the Japanese head-of-state

The twins' alcoholism

"Mission Accomplished" jumpsuit

all that phony yard-work in Crawford

his complete lack of language skills

turkey in the crotch

briefly flying over New Orleans...


...it goes on...what else could go in there?
