Like when you get in a fight and get your ass kicked, your buddies would say "Dude, you just got BROWNED".
Or "That test was ridiculously hard. I was completed BROWNED. I guess it's time for me to go out to the bar and get BROWNED."
I think it might catch on.

4. Like UPS, we could ask |
|
"What can BROWN do for you?"
"Hey, BROWN left me sitting on the roof for five days with no food or water..."

6. Since Brown is MY last name, and my brother is Michael Brown |
|
though not THAT Michael Brown, an extremely common name by the way ...
Brown is the fifth most common last name in the US. You will be insulting a whole lot of innocent people.
There are a lot of Michael Browns suffering right now, I'm sure.

11. Jones is also a common name, and no offense is taken when it's a verb... |
|
Like "Man, I am JONESIN' for a cigarette". Just one example. There are many.
