5. In Chicago, I could get smoked butt just about anywhere.

It is hard to find in other parts of the country. Even butchers did'nt know what it was, when I looked for it.

I like to boil it with cabbage, potatoes and carrots.

Only one time in the past six years have I found one at the grocery, like a migical fairy put it there just for me.
