Follow this train of thought
ONLY this administration could do this.
.
The Feds deposit $2000 in the Katrina survivor’s bank account (that is IF they have ONE). They are NOW living thousands of miles away from their home, NO ID, NO checkbook, NO debit card. The bank they bank with probably does NOT exist in the area they have been taken to. They have NO permanent address, NO phone, NO job, can’t PROVE they are themselves…. so NOW they can start to put their life back together IF they can get the money??…aaaaaand while they figure this out?…the bank makes a BUNCH of interest on the money! (another Bushit donor)
There is always a 'method to their madness'

4. It is actually easy
start with the premise that they do nothing right, they only care about cronyism and just back into it.

3. Hopeful news.
Attorneys are volunteering to go help the evacuees and hopefully they can sort this out. What an absolutely bone-headed thing for them to do.
Purposely, no doubt.

5. That sounds about right for the mind of a repug.
As long as their cronies can stick their snouts in the trough all is well.

6. When a republican evacuates...
They take their check book, bank card, and important papers...

when A democrat evacuates....

they take their kids and their pets...

It all about the mind set
