I only had a few. She's been on my mind for over two years. I contacted her not long ago, and she sent me a short e-mail back. Saying I'd be hearing from her soon. That she had to organize her thoughts. I waited a little over a month. Sent her another one just saying hi. It's been a few days. Nothing. I almost e-mailed her. I came thisclose. But, I don't want to push. I just want to give her some space. If she gets back to me and we can work some things out, I'll be happy. If not well, I'll be moving soon anyway. I'll have to let this thing go for good. I know that I'm pretty much going down on this one. I lost. But, I'm going down fighting for her anyway. A forlorn, lamenting e-mail from an alchohol buzzed broken-hearted romantic would have been the worst thing she could have gotten.

I can only wait. And, hope that I can forget about her sometime soon. That something will dull the ache. I need someone else. Someone who I have a future with. Not just a brief past, that really wasn't anything but friendship in the first place. Then maybe I can move on and fill all of this emptiness.

On meth? Oh man. I would ask what in the hell were you thinking, but you obviously weren't thinking. That sounds like you were hurting though. That sucks. Nothing better and nothing more fucked up than love has ever and will ever exist. Being on the wrong side of the coin is absolute torment.
