2. I've heard it on TV among the "Generation X" crowd
Maybe no one older than that uses it. I know I hate it.

4. I'm the no vote because

I think it depends how it's used. I remember hearing a spot for Mike Malloy's show that used the phrase to visciously point out the hipocrisy of ShrubCo and their motives that do nothing to help everyday people. For instance, something like, "Money for education? That's so September 10th," I really have no problem with.

I think most people who would use it are people who are pissed at * because of his inaction, ineptitude, selfishness, and arrogance. People who are angry that he's let us down for 5 years. But that's all just my take.

Good question, DTBK.

on edit: Please don't take this to mean that I don't see how it could be offensive. I do see it, and I don't use that phrase lightly. I've used it a few times and they were times when I was beyond pissed.

6. Neither have I.
I guess that the context is regarding why it's OK to kill innocent people, however. Why do they get upset when you remind them that NO Iraqis were involved in the 9/11 terrorist attacks?

11. Whenever I think someone's panicking, I say "That's so September 12th"
Sometimes they get it.

15. Honestly the only person I've heard say it is Cartman on South Park
He said it, bitching at Kyle in the infamous "metrosexual" episode last year.

But then we all know where Cartman is at politically......
