5. here in this neck of the woods ...

some guy got involved in a family's food fight in a restaurant and pushed someone who was trying to push someone else--the bad luck for him was that they guy he pushed fell and hit his head against something and died. the guy who should have not inserted himself into the family's altercation is now being tried for manslaughter.
