My wife says we've never gone out to eat where we needed reservations!

We're going to a restaurant tonight where a friend of mine works, and the earliest they could take us is 8:45. My wife swears that in all the years we've been together, we've never gone to a restaurant where we needed reservations. I'm stunned.
