As for the reprimand - It was a long time ago and I can't remember exactly what it was about, but it was very gentle and I deserved it. All I remember was that instead of getting all indignant (as is my wont) I respected you for it :)

Just read an interesting article and it starts with the author talking about the terms she feels comfortable with using to describe herself. She thought lesbian was a little tired and overused, she preferred dyke, Sapphist and a whole bunch of others.

It's funny how in the gay and lesbian community words have become such an issue. How we choose different words to describe ourselves. (My calling myself a faggot has gotten me in a lot of trouble...)
