O.k.--I'm so old
that I grew up in a cave and had a dinosaur for a pet. ( that business about dinosaurs being extinct by the time we humans came along is bull woggle.)

How "so old" are you?

1. So old my buddies and I talk about events of six decades ago
like they were yesterday.

So old I look young, how's that?

14. It was the old fashioned scare tactic
Watching a woman push a baby out is much more effective for getting girls to delay sex than these silly promise rings.

Edited on Sun Sep-11-05 12:35 AM by Hardrada
and was a sophomore in college. All the golden time was before that except when I could escape later on in a cloud of potsmoke. And now I don't do that either.

32. I was in pre-school
you were one of the big kids.

I remember my mom and my friends mom driving us home (which was about 3 blocks) and they were crying. We asked why they were crying and my mom said "President Kennedy died".

20. I'm so old...
Video games were drawing on a TV screen with a crayon, on a TV that took a half hour to warm up, and the radiation burns from the screen would hurt after a while. But we always had that "all over glow." :-)

25. Just today, I was telling someone that I'm so old that
I remember when "Mr Potato Head" was just a collection of noses, mouths, arms, etc that you had to stick into an actual potato that you swiped from the kitchen...it didn't come with a plastic body.

THAT's how old I am.

Redstone

28. I'm so old
I had a Revlon doll -- that was a precursor to the Barbie doll. I remember going into the store with my grandfather and picking it out and I remember the many, many hours I spent playing with it.
