The worst though, is when I hear squeeling tires. I just cringe and hope I don't hear a crash....

3. When I lived in Tigerland,

the student neighborhood with a bunch of bars by LSU, I was awakened one night by:

"vrooom - crash!

vrooom - crash!

vrooom - crash!

misc. yelling...."

I looked out the window to see that one drunken jackass had crashed into the same tree 3 times in row before his friends pulled him out of the car. Needless to say, I didn't do a lot of late night walking on Thursday - Saturday.

4. I thought the Jerry Springer show moved their set

to the alley behind my apt building for awhile. turns out these people are putting on their own stuff sans cameras. had a guy get shot to death by the cops 2 weeks back down the street - apparently he took his girlfriend hostage and wouldn't let her go.
