3. I've gotta go with Arrested Development.

I think it's probably one of the best-written shows in years. The intertwining of all of those storylines, the mountain of inside jokes that we've seen (and we're only on Season 3!), the hilariously goofy scenarios, the fact that I can't settle on who my favorite character is..
