If You Were A Bird Where Would You Fly Away To??
I'd fly to the place that they show in Flatliners when one of them is dying (i forget who) and he sails over show, and white snowy mountains--

where was that? alaska?

anyway--that's where i would soar

(just to get away--to see something so beautiful and breathtaking it would make me cry--even if i was "just a bird")

1. I'd go somewhere where there wasn't roads
I've hit more birds in my 1 million miles of driving than any other animal.

5. The last one I hit really made me feel bad
It was a heron and the damn thing got caught in the passenger side mirror bracket on my semi. I had to stop and extricate the bird from the mirror. Thank got I had work gloves. There was blood and bird shit all down the side of the truck. My boss had the truck washed when I got back to the yard.

11. I nearly got nailed by a hawk...
If I'd had the window down he would have been inches from being in my lap. He braked at the last sec, so all that happened was a very startled bird almost hit the driver's side window!

3. Somewhere away from people. Somewhere peaceful and serene.
I just dint fit in with society. My obvious flaws leave me open to harsh judgments that cause me to be ostracized and turned away from.
How about the Galapagos?

6. Defintely Alaska
or any of the beautiful northern Territories.

When I worked one summer in Alaska for about four months, on one of my days off went driving on one of the back logging roads. It was so quiet, so beautiful. Then, I heard this *whuff* *whuff* -ing sound very close overhead. I looked up. An eagle was flying about 20 feet above me. He seemed to be the essence of freedom and enjoyment in his lazy and easy flying. It was a very peaceful moment for me.
