SAG Honoring Shirley Temple Black For Life Achievement

The "Good Ship Lollipop" is landing at the next Screen Actors Guild Awards.

SAG announced Monday that former child star, humanitarian and U.S. Ambassador Shirley Temple Black will be honored with the organization's Life Achievement Award at the guild's 12th annual awards celebration in January.

She is receiving the prestigious honor for "career achievement and humanitarian accomplishment," according to SAG.
