Is it worse to be in debt to 2 or 3 creditors?
I can either pay off one card entirely, which has a 0% APR, and then put that monthly amount toward the other card...

or

Apply that balance to the other card, which has a higher balance and 6.9% APR.

1. Pay off the higher rate card first.
Being in debt to 3 creditors isn't going to hurt you any more than 2.
