I wish I had filed bankruptcy.
If I knew back then that what is happening today was going to happen, I sure as hell would have done so.

But it seems my rating, which HAS improved since going on the counseling service (so you cynics can shove it, you've been fed lies), is about to be ruined.

1. I thought the new laws didn't apply until October?
If it turns out you need to do it despite the counseling, I think you still have time.
