....shrimp boudin and rice stuffed boneless chicken with brussel sprouts and cheesy broccoli on the side...mmmmmmmMMMMM! :9

5. Cajun-by-marriage (me) LOVES Boudin.
However, Miz t., The Cajun Queen of Orange, Texas, and gen-yew-wine Cajun Voo-Doo Witchy Woman don't like no boudin.

17. I used to make boudin and export it to Louisiana....
My first sale was to a Cajun chef. The most I ever made in a week was 300 pounds. :)

20. I never had any complaints...
Yes'm, I'll bet the chicken was good. I've seen recipes for shrimp boudain but have never made it.

11. Best I've ever had....in a crock pot on the check out counter in Lafayette
...at a hole in the wall family store...THE BEST EVA...especially good for m'po hangover! :D :hi:

14. rice and lotsa spice....you can order it from that website....
...the Boudin and also Tony Chachere's Boneless Stuffed Chicken...with shrimp...or cornbread dressing...or crawfish...if you can't find it in your grocery store frozen food section that is. :hi:

18. All ya gotta do is bake it....and IT WAS AWESOME...
....and I mean TOTALLY!! The chicken was juicy like it'd been roasted and the shrimp stuffing was moist and real spicy...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! :hi:
