1. I think we are officially a third world country. Cuba was offering us

aid after Katrina. We were in Canada just after Katrina hit, and some of the Canadians would ask us what was wrong with our government. Wish I had an answer which didn't involve me swearing, shaking violently and basically scaring folks.
