I made banana bread today. Good banana bread. Exceptional, even.

In fact, if I do say so myself, I think this may actually be the best banana bread I have ever made in the 20+ years I've been making banana bread.

And it's still slightly warm.

1. Nuts or No Nuts?

I know real banana bread should have nuts, but I prefer no nuts and some butter. Hmmmm...

5. No nuts. I didn't have any on hand.

My recipe makes two loaves, so I like to make one loaf with nuts and one without. Today, they both went without. And it's still damn good! ;)
