Every atom in existence depends upon the presence of electrons for its existence. Even the lowly hydrogen atom needs at least one electron.

Electrons whirl around the nucleus at a speed comparable to that of light. Even if you treat them as zero-dimensional quantum "potentialities" as opposed to more traditional point particles, they still move.

My point is that in order for something to move, you have to have more than just the three physical dimensions of length, width, and height. You must have time.

If you don't have time, all subatomic particles stop in their tracks, and everything coalesces into a cold, formless quantum lump.
