On 9/4 I took my laptop into Best Buy because the power plug in the back is loose. I left it there, after they told me it would be back 9/15. I was a little annoyed, but what could I do? It was screwed. So yesterday I called to get the tracking number, after I checked the status of the service order, because it said my item had been picked up. Um, no! So I call, and they told me some new guy screwed up. Anyway, we tracked the package, and it was set to arrive to day. I walked in the door today and Skip had put the box beside the couch. He walks into the room, and I say, is that my computer? He says sort of. Upon inspection it is totally not my computer. It's nearly brand new, and some stupid girl has put a sticker on the front of it. Weird. Anyway, I call Best Buy, and get the Geek on the phone. I explain the situation, and say I'm on my way to the store. I don't want the liability of having someone else's computer around. So, we load up and go to the Best Buy location where we purchased the Laptop. After spending 45 minutes trying to figure out where my computer is, they find it in a store room. Yeah. So, we leave and get home. Come to find out, they never sent it off! Oh I'm so pissed off! I have to go back tomorrow and speak to a manager who is just going to send it off again, and it'll be ANOTHER two weeks, and there is no guarantee it's not going to take 6! I'm sooo frustrated with this, I couldn't even enjoy the Netflix disc we got today. UGH. :banghead: Duckie
