Very bad FEMA joke

In his quest to reorganize FEMA, along with replacing Michael Drown, I mean Brown, I understand Pres. Bush is searching for a new FEMA slogan to help the public better understand FEMA's role. One suggestion, "FEMA...we'll be there in 72 hours or your funeral is free!"
