Oh hell yes JJ! Survivor is on tonight!
I know who the spoilers are saying are the return players. Let's see if they got it right. ChillOne is chiming in on it and he completely spoiled Amazon so I'll go for his views.

13. Hell, I wanna get in shape and be on the show.
A million dollars is a good reason to do that show. And I'd enjoy the mindf*ck that I would deliver to them all.
"Look at me, I'm so damn dumb. How do you do that?" "I really hate to see someones feelings hurt but I overheard soandso...Thought you should know."

For a million dollars I'd play one hell of a dirty game.

10. I have so very few vices and guilty pleasures left in my life!
Survivor just happens to be one of them! :) And, I freely admit it.

4. Nope. ******** Speculation *************
Edited on Thu Sep-15-05 10:33 AM by xmas74
ChillOne says Stephanie and Bobby Jon from Palau but I kinda wonder w/ the profile. Profile cannot be Rupert and I'm pretty sure that it's not Twila from Vanuatu (I saw her a few times this summer and I'm pretty sure it was during filming-she was a speculation). As to that batshit woman-I hope not!

(on edit: it's Jon, not Joe. I can't keep them together.)

12. It won't be anyone who isn't gorgeous
I wish it would be someone like Rupert or Rodger, but it'll probably be Colby or Stephenie or someone other people find "smokin' hot."

14. They were saying Stephanie and Bobby Jon
because they were the last two left on the tribe that was decimated last season.
And what's up w/ all the Kansas people on there this year!

15. I don't normally watch Survivor from start to finish.
I wait until the personalities emerge and alliances form and it becomes one big soap opera. Then it gets good for me.

16. It's gonna be good rom the beginning.
Lots of whining early on. They are making them hike 11 miles just to get to their camps and then they find out the surprise-2 former survivors are also playing the game.
Bound to be lots of bitching and moaning tonight. I wish this would be a 90 minute one tonight.

17. That does sound cool.
Good god, 11 miles? Might have to tune in to see the sparks fly. That's what I love; the catfights, the macho power struggles. I'm sure some shrink has written their doctoral dissertation on the human interaction on this show. It's like watching caged humans react to their environment.

18. I'll be here at the prescribed time.
I love watching a bunch of whiners.
BTW-they have permission from the Guatemala govt to live in the ruins during the taping this season so it should be incredible.

25. Yes the whining is what makes the show.
Living in the ruins should make for a great setting visually. Gee I think you talked me into watching. ;-) I'm sure they'll have it on at work anyway.

26. she got knocked out when there were 4 or 5 left
I liked her, she was a lesbian from OKC, had just figured that out and it sort of freaked the other gals out, although I never saw her make a move on anyone. And it was frustrating because she kept getting great advice from the 'pros' and it just wasn't in her to follow through.

It was impetigo.

"What is impetigo?

Impetigo (pronounced im-puh-TIE-go) is a common infection of the surface of the skin. Impetigo is usually caused by the bacteria Staphylococcus ("staph") or Streptococcus ("strep"). Because this condition is more common in children, some people mistakenly call it "infantigo."

Is impetigo contagious?

Yes, it is highly contagious. Children in close physical contact with each other tend to spread the condition although adult skin is more resistant. Trauma to the skin, such as a cut or scrape, seems to play a role in allowing bacteria that have been living harmlessly on the skin to establish a foothold and cause infection. Clothing and towels seem to be less important factors in causing the spread of this condition.

What does impetigo look like?
Impetigo has two general forms: ordinary impetigo and bullous impetigo.

Ordinary impetigo is scabby and pustular (little pimples full of pus) in appearance and is generally caused by strep germs. It starts as a small blister or pustule that ruptures and leaves a reddish base which is then covered by a honey-colored crust. In children, this condition often begins on the skin near the nose, though it may spread. Ordinary impetigo is also known as impetigo vulgaris and streptococcal impetigo.

Bullous impetigo produces large, fragile blisters and is caused mostly by staph germs. It also often affects the face, but may appear elsewhere. The blisters it forms have very thin walls that collapse, leaving a bright red, inflamed, moist base. Bullous impetigo is also known as impetigo bullosa and staphylococcal impetigo."

:hi:Now your peeps getting thrown down in jungles around the world can find themselves in line for some seriously funky fungus shit.:hi:

31. Gary Hogeboom.
I got stuck w/ him. Not fair since one of the women does sports on a talk radio station and, from what I understand, recognized him.
