I need a good recipe for meatloaf or
any other good recipes for ground sirloin. Any suggestions?:7

1. blanche two or three large onions,
pop out all the interior layers of onions, brown the meat, add chopped bell pepper, and the chopped onion cores to the meat along with pepper, garlic, and ground cloves. stuff the meat mixture back into the hollow onion, then cook in a covered casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes. cover with cheese before removing from oven.

11. I'm baking a meatloaf right now!
A new recipe.

2# ground round

1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Garden Herb stuffing.

1 packet Knorr Spring Vegetable soup mix.

14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes.

1 cup parmesan cheese divided.

Set aside 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix ingredients and place in baking pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake @ 350-375, covered with foil, for 1 1/2 hrs. I actually uncovered it after 45 minutes.

I hope it turns out good. It smell heavenly.

3. This is how I make mine:
To about 2 lbs of ground beef I add:

1 egg
about 3/4 cup bread crumbs
a squirt of worstecshire sauce
a squirt of steak sauce or ketchup if you don't have streak sauce
about 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 TB horseradish
mix everything well, form into loaf
pour 2 cans of Campbell's Golden mushroom soup
bake in 325 oven for about 45 minutes.

5. Meatloaf Recipe
1.5 lbs ground beef

MOST important .5 lb Italian sausage

mix with 1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs

Onions, bell pepper, salt and celery to taste.

bake in oven 1 hour

remove and cover with tomato sauce

bake 15 min

remove cover with sliced cheese( I use mozzarella)

bake until cheese melts and browns slightly

12. Pittsburgh style would be with a can of tomato soup used;
as a glaze ......every "bubba" (grandmother) in this town cooked it that way.
