LSU is waiting for owners to reclaim their pets. I wish I could at least foster this little guy. I'm in love with him.

3. Better fit for my home

I can't believe how many small dogs there are...shih tzus and Poodles, terriers and maltese.

These little babies aren't made to be out on their own.

12. I know.

I would be so willing to take that pup in my OP for as long as it takes for the owner to get back on his or her feet. Then I would deliver the pup to it's rightful mom or dad. So sad that they are having to be kept in tiny kennels. Maybe, just maybe, they will allow fosters soon.

I heard on television that they might not allow fosters, but the dogs are exposed to diseases in the water. :eyes: Wouldn't be surprised if they used that excuse for the people of NO as well.
