6. how can they be progressive when the women's sizes stop at 11?
I think they should offer at least up to 12. Taller women have longer feet, and men's shoes of the right length are always way too roomy in the heel.

Of course, it's still better than most department stores, whose shoe sizes just about always stop at 10.
