5. So all those lines are possible places that the hurricane might go?
When will they have it narrowed down more?

7. Can you tell me what is the projected path is..
I assume it is the red line. But, the damn thing is gibberish to me.

I hope it is the red line. AEMI has had enough shit in the last few weeks.

12. Glad that the storm is tracking north of here now.............
Earlier it looked like it was headed for my house! But I sure feel sorry for whoever gets the storm and cannot even imagine the horror of it going to NO again. :(

13. Another look at Rita
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/storm_graphics/AT18/refresh/AL1805W5_sm2+gif/153924W_sm.gif

So, what are the odds that FEMA/BushCo will take preventative steps since this tropical storm is forecasted to become a hurricane tonight and will obviously hit somewhere on the US Gulf Coast?

14. I lived in Clear Lake, in 2001 when TS Alison hit.
It was a mess.

I can't imagine what will happen to everyone living along Galveston Bay if Rita stays on track.

So if the refineries in Houston take a hit, on top of what has happened to the refineries in New Orleans.

Gas will top $5.
