I think Hispanic/Italian/Arab/dark-haired-olive-skinned women are always the hottest. And I am a straight woman. Monica Bellucci is amazing.

I also don't get the whole 'blonde' thing so many people (read:men) have. Not at all. I prefer dark men, too, generally... but there are few few blonde/blue-eyed women that spring to my mind as true beauties. Just Grace Kelley, really. Usually blondes just look washed out to me. I much prefer the dark/curvy/strong features look.

I am a light-olive-skinned, brown-haired, brown-eyed one myself... I figured it was one of those genetic/biological drive things that makes you want to make with others that look like you...

the preference for the darker look could have been expressed without putting down the other side (washed-out blonde sticks). :)

I myself prefer dark-haired, dark-eyed men, and I often used to wish I had a more exotic look myself (I'm very Scandinavian-looking). I even tried twice to change my hair: once I went brunette and once I went red. Unfortunately, those colors are hard to maintain when the natural color is blonde, even if it's dirty dishwater blonde.
