I got a Griffin iMic to convert music on cassettes and LPs into MP3s. This might be old hat to some, but I think it's the best thing since sliced bread!

I made tomato soup the other night

1/2 cup chicken broth
1 medium tomato (1 cup)
some crushed garlic
1/4 cup milk

I put the broth, tomato and garlic in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes then used the cross-blade from my Magic Bullet for all of 20 seconds. I added the milk and used the Magic Bullet for another 10-15 seconds.

That's it...tomato soup! YUM!

I thought TiVo alone was the pinacle of eletronic gadgitdome. That nothing could suprass its wonderfulness, until I upgraded to the Series II.

Our new TiVo wasn't near as much, even with the DVD built in. We get digital cable, and we hated the DVR service through them anyway, so we have our own stand alone unit and pay for the service directly through TiVo.
