The evening has an odd feel about it

I was just out walking the dog (something I do several times a day) and I instantly noticed a strange ambiance to the evening-- it seemed somewhat like a Halloween "walk past the graveyard" creature feature thing.

I think it's the just-past-full moon, all squat and orange, hanging there just above the tree line.


But then, it may just be me...

I've been kind of overcome by a low, rumbling, sense of dread all day today. It just feels like something bad is going to happen.

I've never felt anything like it before.

with my ears at "Alert" status. That's what mine do when they sense something is creeping around outside.

I'm need to get out today (visits, etc.), but for some reason, I'm laying low. :shrug:

5. odd vibes ...

7. I felt a very odd shift in...something...around 7:30 tonight.

It was very weird. Not bad, just strange. For the official record, I have not had a "something very bad is about to go down" feeling since, I now realize, a few weeks before the election. I didn't know what it was then, I was attributing it to a sense of frustrated futility about the stagnation in my own life, of having done so much but feeling that we had ultimately accomplished so little and sleep deprivation, which always makes me feel a little out of sorts. I've never experienced anything like that level of despondency, depersonalization and just general unhappiness, as I did during those days. They were very black and grim. If anything THAT sinister ever comes over me again, I will let all of you know.

8. that's weird, I was feeling very low all day and slept alot

kept trying to put my finger on what is making me feel depressed and stressed, things are going better than usual for me right now, yet I just want to be a hermit and sleep. yet have bad dreams, aagh!
