Funny how visiting a website is a lot like visiting a restaurant....
After a few visits, you bring a certain set of expectations... and then when they aren't met, you visit less frequently. Case in point, Crooks and Liars, a good enough site. But for a sec. I was real impressed in that I thought they were onto something -- that they found a niche in doing one thing right -- delivering topical video links very well. Though they still do have video links, they suddenly do not seem as numerous.

1. They totally got hammered on bandwidth after Katrina.
They probably don't have as many links up because they can't afford it. Kick 'em a few bucks -- I did.
