Kenny Rogers
The painting was commissioned to hang in the headquarters of Kenny Rogers Roasters. When asked how he wanted to be painted, Kenny told the artist, "make me thinner, sexier with a wonderful sun tan." CEO and friend John Y. Brown, Jr. called up one day and asked if we could downsize the crotch. He said it was driving the female workers crazy. The joke around the studio was that we were decrotching the painting. The canvas is 36" X 48".
