Has anyone read that Kevin Trudeau book?
I ordered it, skimmed it, and got to a chapter where he was listing things, I can't remember now why, but about #60 or so was "Scientology, try it it works". For the second time in my life I threw a book in the garbage. Now my boss is reading it and insists that he can't find that in the book. Was I mistaken, or is it there?

3. So I'm not crazy.
Nothing good ever comes from throwing away a book dammit.

5. My wife is reading it
Wasn't this guy found guilty of fraud or something?

At any rate, the book seems to be largely aimed at getting people to join his website (for ten bucks a month). He seems to be a charlatan preying on people's paranoia about the medical profession.
It does seem to have some of the more obvious homeopathy treatments, but its still a cheesy money grab by a known swindler.

6. I bought the book, and refused all the other options,
like the news letter and the e-mail updates, and lo and behold, 2 months later I got a hit on my credit card for 80 bucks for the news letter. Called the 800 number and the guy I talked to sounded weary of these unauthorized hits. Go figure.

7. I'm surprised you got to #60 before you figured out he was full of shit..
...I couldn't even believe the load of horse hockey he was trying to sell on the infomercial.
