I couldn't find any digital pics of her as a small pup, but here she was at about 7 months old (I think - now I am doubting myself)

14. Um...no.

I have to vacuum almost every DAY.

And when I do, I have to empty the vacuum cleaner between rooms. The carpet is coated with a thick frosting of fur-- I pull 3 other dogs out of the receptacle when I change it.

Pyrs have 2 coats...a soft silky one, and a thicker wiry undercoating. We're talking HAIR. I'm thinking about taking up knitting so I can make myself a sweater.

We're hunkerin' down. 90 miles inland and 130' above sea level. Gotta watch the trees, tho. :scared:
