A request for Texas DUers

I've been contacting all of my Houston-area friends and it sounds like most of them are evacuating (even from northwest Houston). Please take this seriously and keep yourselves safe!

4. Called all my relatives and un-relatives on the coast

and told them to come on up here to Georgetown. I'm pretty sure every motel/hotel between here and there is already booked...

I've got a bizarre feeling about this one. :scared:

9. I've offered my house to some gulf coast DUers.

I'm not using it anyway, and if something goes wrong, it will be nice to have someone here. :)

10. I am going to Austin

to stay w/relatives. they don't know I'm coming yet and bring the cat. But they have cats. I will at some point probably put in an appearance at Mother Egan's (that is if my relatives haven't been banned again!), drowning my sorrows and hoping I have someplace to live when I get back. Guess I'd better find my tent and sleeping bag in case I need it in lieu of an actual home.

Although, we are atleast 200 miles inland we are expecting torrential rain fall and high winds.
