The Loop and Lincoln Park areas. I assume he/she is a Dem. I figure I should know who represents the area I live in now, even if I don't vote here yet.

to get a downtown Chitown address. Plugged that into mapquest to get a zipcode. Put the zipcode here: http://www.house.gov/writerep/

and got Danny Davis.

Il-7 seems to include downtown.
