Anyone here own a Vita-Mix?

I bought one a few days ago and it's being delivered today. Spending $350 for a blender seems crazy, but I had 2 blenders die in the last 5 years. I just hope this one works as advertised.

It's not like the model in the picture. Ours is solid stainless steel construction. Excellent item in my opinion.

We bought a "rebuilt" one 7 years ago-and it still works great. I love it and would be lost without it. I use it mostly for pasta sauce, soup and grinding my own flour. I use it almost daily.

The best kichen appliance I own. I went through 7 blenders in 6 years (my wife loves margaritas) so I finally decided to get the best. I've had it for about 5 years and it still works flawlessly.

(I use my bullet to make soup, alfredo sauce, smoothies and fruit lemonades).
