it is called show business. Tyra is in the business of showing people her body and, giving them what they want. If it takes a doctor to "proof" her breasts are real then, that is what she will do. Yes, I think this "doctor" falsified (get it?) his documentation so that Tyra could give her audience the answer they wanted. That is what show business is all about.

They hang down a bit, like real ones. They're not too round, like the phony ones. On the tv show, you can see they bounce like real ones.

they even come with a bit of a sag to them (if you so desire) and they are not always perfectly round. Some women want the realistic look, though I did see an article recently how the big, gravity defying fake look is in style now to the point where they sell bras that give you that look even if you did not get implants.

Also, if you get implants that take you from say a C cup to a D cup, then it will likely look more real than if you went from an A cup to a D cup...
