True campaigning story
A few years ago a friend was running for county commissioner and bought thousands of notepads with his campaign message printed on them. His son recruited a friend (who now is a professional football player) to help pass out the notepads at a parade. He gave his friend a large sack of them and told him to come back to get more when he ran out. The friend didn't come back for a loooooong time, so they went out to see if he was having a problem. He wasn't, he was just busy passing out the notepads one sheet at a time.
