6. I checked the USGS site
Looks like a 4.0ish quake struck north of here... explains why I didn't feel it, but it depends on where you are for one that small!

I guess CP was in the right (wrong?) place at the right time. :-)

16. Ah, a 4.0.......
It didn't even feel that strong here...but if it was farther north, that would explain it....

Thanks for checking it out, my dear ZW.....

12. Oh, my dear Shell Beau...
We Californians just laugh these off...they are NO big deal at all...

It might get a mention in tomorrow's paper, or on tonight's news...

But that's all....

Don't worry.....

15. I know, that is kind of how we are about tornadoes and
small hurricanes (not a Katrina or Rita). I guess when you aren't used to them, you kinda worry!

Not a problem at all...

Not in the same class as a Katrina or Rita, by a long shot.....

This is more like tripping over your shoe laces, if you have any!

Above a 5.0, you can get a little queasy is you're prone to such things, lol. The ground can feel like jelly, which is a new sensation to the uninitiated. :-)
