Who wants some tangerine dark chocolate truffles?

I just made some bittersweet granache w/ organge blossom honey and a small drop of tangerine oil.

Just waiting for it to cool so I can make it into truffles. :bounce:

Amaretto are my favorite. I'm not much of a candy or chocolate person, but I make an exception for truffles.

I'm beginning to think truffles offer the purest chocolate experience there is. They'er so simple and you can make them out of any flavor you want.

12. Yes! I make them at Christmas. I did a yummy cherry flavor, once.

They're not as difficult to make as some people think and you're right-- there are endless flavor and coating possibilities. I do a white chocolate and butterscotch one that's good, too.

I'm not a big chocolate nut. Don't get me wrong, it's good stuff, but it can be overkill sometimes. My rule of thumb is: chocolate can only be one ingredient, otherwise it's too rich for me. x(
