2. I wonder who actually scored those touchdowns?
That is some good advertising.

3. In the Vikings game, it was Moe Williams who took the pitch back...
...from Moss. I don't know about that other one.

9. "Primetime, Primetime..."
That was Deion Sanders running it back for the Ravens last year.

Those commercials bust me up. I watch the games in Las Vegas sportsbooks and there are chuckles almost every time they run.

4. I've got nothing bad to say about BK.
They've kept my son alive since he got Crohn's disease. After the second attack I convinced him to eat healthy, and almost killed him. Go figure.

5. Really, are veggies bad for Chrohn's?
That is interesting.

10. Apparently it is different for each person, but veg's have a
habit of getting caught in pockets in the intestines, and setting off an infection, then an attack. There is no known diet, or cure, it's hit and miss, and drugs. Anything hard to digest is a potential trigger. Fast food is high calorie, and easily digested. Thats all I've figured out with my son.

12. I see.
Well, I am glad he is doing ok. I hear Chrohn's can be difficult.

:hi:

8. Gotta love the cheezy 'NFL Films' horn music. Grew up with that stuff.

14. I know, evokes images of John Riggins to me.
Busting through a Dolphin's tackler on 4th and 1 for a TD.

:)

15. I'm from DC area. Sports Radio shows playing the coverage of that
play always have this train "whoo whoo" sound to go with that play, not sure where that came from, though Riggo WAS like a train.

That play was quintessential Hogs era 'Skins/Gibbs ball. POUND the other team with counter gap type runs ALL GAME for relatively short but consistent yardage.

Opposing D gets worn down. Suddenly, midway through the third quarter or so, plays that had been short gainers on third and short busting for 15-20 yards, or touchdowns. Also mixing in the bombs on second and short too.

I love coach Joe.

17. That was Don McNeal
He really gets a bum rap on Dolphin message boards. The younger fans only remember that play and they hate him. Actually, he was a darn good CB from Alabama until breaking his arm and other major injuries. Miami drafted McNeal in the first round in '80, then took his teammate, Hall of Famer and alltime best center Dwight Stephenson, in the 2nd round.

18. That is sort of like Norwood's wide right field goal.
That guy won so many games for Buffalo, but the one play he was remembered for was that missed field goal.

But these football ones a pure brilliance.
