The DC protest has left us exhausted...5.5 hour drive, now back in N.C.

All that walking, talking, drinking and thinking, can really put a hurt on you!

Anyway will post much more tomorrow about the experiance with 200+ thousand screaming Liberals, Progressives, some moderates I suppose, Leftists, Socialists, Labor types, Housing advocates, Religious folks, young people, old (LOTS OF OLDER PROTESTORS!) people, Lesbians, Moms, Veterans, Grannies, Communists, Democrats (Rank and file but not leadership...), Greens, children, people with signs, people without signs, people that are simply signs in and of themselves, etcetera.

I even got an honorary toaster along with Stephanie who got a toaster oven.

Met many cool DU'ers and some serious ones too. Friday at the Hawk and Dove was absolutely FABULOUS!
