4. I did that once, years ago.

I found a wallet outside the ticket booth at a movie theater. I turned it into the ticket lady and went on inside to watch my movie. Surprised the hell out of me when this young man walked up to me and shook my hand- they'd found the owner and turned his wallet over to him. He was absolutely amazed all his money was still there! The ticket lady was so impressed, she gave me a refund for the movie ticket I'd bought, and I also got free popcorn from the theater!

When you do good things, good things happen to you. Go with the feeling.

8. I found a wallet in a movie theater once!

I took it to the manager. He got on the intercom in the theater and said, "Ladies and gentleman, a lost brown wallet has been found in the theater. Would the owners please line up behind the popcorn machine."

The person I was with, for whom I had previously had respect, tried to convince me to keep the money if I HAD to return the wallet. Lost respect for him at that moment.
