Lucinda Bassett/"Anxiety Solution" -- tales? knowledge?

A friend is considering getting this to help herself and her daughter cope w/ their individual cases of debilitating anxiety, depression, and constant "WHAT IF???"

Here's the site. I don't need "looks like snake oil" -- it may well be, but there's no way to know for sure unless someone has reviewed the materials. So I'm looking for reviews by psychologists OR any DUer's who've had experience with this program.
