Can Someone help me photo shop this 1970's picture of Rush?

What I would like would be for someone to eliminate the child from the picture- and move "Jeff Christie" AKA Rush over closer to that menacing painting of the child-molesting clown, so that it appears looming over his shoulder.

I don't have anything against the kid, but if you crop him out, we lose the creepy painting, which is a shame.
