the county judge where i live has authorized the police
to take equipment/materiel from federal agencies.

the power grid is gone.

a friend who stayed said an out of state contingent of police are billeted at his house.

texas dps has our town blocked off.

i'm fucking stuck in peoria, il.

think i'm gonna hobo back down to texas though.

2. jefferson county (port arthur/beaumont) is still closed.
i don't actually have a car.

taking amtrak down to longview and might hang out at shelters and hopefully they will open up jefferson county soon.
