I'm fifty today.

The march in D.C. on Saturday was the first time I have truly participated in this democracy, besides voting and paying taxes.

I wonder what took me so long?.

What took so long? Well turning 50 took 50 years which is one half of a century, that's pretty long, but no a days not THAT long.

The protesting? Who knows but all I can say is i'm glad it finally happened!
